↩️ RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

How To Return To initiate a return please contact us at support@jawstrike.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges If you ordered the wrong size or color we are happy to exchange your item. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will sort it out fast.

Non-Returnable Items Items that are worn, washed or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.
